Ultrosonic welding principle
Ultrasonic welding machine changes electronic energy into mechanical energy by the transducer, then the horn transfer the energy to the surface of the plastic pieces. Rotary welding principle
Rotary welding machine is designed for welding globular thermoplastic pieces. The connection area melted by the friction heat produced in the welding surface of the plastic pieces. Hote plate welding principle
A special metal plate is heated to a certain temperature, then placed between the two plastic surfaces which are to be joined to make the surface meld, then withdraw the hot plate, and apply a proper external pressure to fuse the two pieces together into a strong, permanent bond. This procedure is very useful for joining products which is hard, complex in shape or large in size.
